The first thing to emphasise is Do Not Get Hung Up on the Terms and Conditions associated with these offers (which are non negotiable in any event). In five years of offering these certificates we have not had a single complaint, and our being able to offer the promotions to you at the price we do, assumes that a percentage of recipients will never take up the offer for one reason or another. If all did take up the offer then our price to you would have to rise significantly.
You must remember that YOUR objective in offering these promotions is to BOOST sales and these certificates will do just that. Not everybody who obtains a certificate will be able to meet the terms in order to take advantage of the offer. Some of the reasons for not taking up the offer include:
- Not being able to stay a Saturday night (in the case of European travel)
- Dates requested may already be booked
- Holder loses certificate
- Holder forgets all about certificate

If the person to whom it was given can’t use the certificate themselves, they can always hand it to someone else who may be able to use it.
The terms are entirely reasonable, and for Eurocom Marketing Ltd to be able to offer you these promotions at the price that it does means that some of the recipients, for various reasons, will not be able to take up the offer. This is not your concern and as we have said we’ve never had a complaint.
The certificates are not for resale to consumers but you may charge a small handling fee to cover the purchase price / packing / postage if you wish. Most of our clients do not since they want the certificate to be entirely free to recipients.

- Minimum stay required as shown in product description
- Stay must include a Saturday night (although this may sometimes be waived)
- Public holidays and festivals in the destination region excluded
- Must book by dates shown in certificate
- Must book through travel agent shown in certificate (no charge for this)
- Changes not permitted once booking made and confirmed
- Airport taxes must be paid in case of European flights

The principal Terms and Conditions for the Free Hotel Breaks are:

- Accommodation is free, but breakfast/dinner must be paid for
- The descriptive booklet accompanying each certificate sets out the daily cost of this
- Certificate holders may stay for as many or as few nights as they wish (subject to availability)
- Bookings are to be made directly with the hotel in advance of arrival
- The certificate is to be handed to the hotel on arrival
